The bible says in Proverbs 27:17 that “Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend" Women in Ministry International provides the avenue to to come together from various nations to sharpen one another as women serving in various ministerial capacities.

Since 2017 women in ministry gathered once a year to sharpen one and another. The 10th edition will be coming up on 22-24 October 2026.
