The Daughters of Destiny Publications – Women in Ministry International held a 2-day programme in Belgium on Friday 5th to Saturday 6th of May 2023 at the Gresham Belson Hotel Brussels Belgium for women in ministry with the theme : IN HIS POWER

We were honoured to have the presence of our leader, founder of DODP and Convener, Evangelist Toyin Fatunsin in these two days. The program was anchor by Deaconess Omojiade Ola

The Founder of DODP and Convener, Evangelist Toyin Fatunsin welcomed all participants, encouraged all participants to have an expectation and to have an open heart to receive from the Lord. We had our music minister from Spain in the person of Minister Remi whom the Lord used to minister powerfully in Praise and worship to bring down the presence of God and to energise our spirit. During the 2-day program we were privileged to be blessed through the undiluted 

word of God by DODP father, Dr. Olumide Fatunsin, Evangelist Toyin Fatunsin brought the word of God to us life and in diverse ministries including the word of knowledge. We had a breakout session where we were powerfully blessed by seminar speakers.

The day 1 seminar topic was “WHEN THE ENCOURAGER NEEDS ENCOURAGEMENT” by Pastor Comfort Adejumo and our second seminar topic is “SMALL BEGINNINGS (STARTING A CHURCH IN HIS POWER) by Deaconess Rebecca Arowosoki.

The day 2 kicked up with early morning devotion, worship, intercessory prayers, and bible study with the topic “SUSTAINANCE IN HIS POWER” by Evangelist Toyin Bible text 2 Samuel 22:29-30 to round up the retreat. It was a continental retreat, This is the first time women in ministry International will meet outside of the international headquarter in Spain for a residential retreat. as 7 countries were represented namely United Kingdom, Spain Belgium, France Netherlands, Sweden and Germany

WOMEN IN MINISTRY INTERNATIONAL BELGIUM OUTREACH

Glory be to the name of the Lord for the expansion of the vision of Women in Ministry International to strengthen and sharpen one another to Belgium as declared by the Lord through his handmaiden Evangelism Toyin Fatunsin after the annual women in ministry conference 2021. The maiden outreach for women in ministry was held on Saturday 8th October 2022 at Kerkhofstraat 90, 2850 Boom. Antwerpen. The Banquet was hosted by Pastor Sandra Mbeteh.

Opening prayer was led by Deaconess Judith, the praise and worship was led by Sister Emilia and Pastor Sandra took the welcome word and the introduction of WIM and the vision, our Daughter Favour gave us a special song ministration and Evangelist Evlen led us in intercessory prayer for ministry and churches in Belgium our mama Evangelist Toyin Fatunsin gave us the word on VESSELS UNTO HONOUR, one of the key points was that as vessels unto honour we can’t afford to live our lives anyhow as vessels that carry God. Thereafter we had our interactive session which was an eye opener of how we can get discouraged when our prayers are not answered the way we want and also the issue of contention among women. Our Papa, husband of the visioner (DOD Int’l) Dr. Olumde Fatunsin gave us the Prophetic declaration. Thereafter we had a film show OCCUPY written and produced by Evangelist Toyin Fatunsin and it was feasting all the way, the food was great.

God showed up from the beginning of the programme to the end, I was dazed by God’s awesomeness when the women of God showed up. The Testimony that came was mind blowing, a sister that has been discouraged was restored back and she was online on Sunday ministering after a long time all the women of God were all blessed it was as if it should not end. The women of God each got a copy of the books written by Mama Toyin Fatunsin Dear Woman of God.

Personally, it was a whole new experience. I have been hosting programs in our church as a host and Pastor’s wife, but this was different, spiritually I was lifted, and the Lord opened my eyes to a new dimension. Physically I was overwhelmed and with the support of the family. I just want to thank the almighty God and Mama Toyin Fatunsin for the privilege to host this program. I bless God for your life mama, may he continue to use you for his glory.
