Registration/ Conference Pack

A token fee of €70(70 Euro) has been fixed as the registration fee + T-shirt for this year conference and can be paid after registration for the conference. Conference fee is nonrefundable.

Accommodation

There are two types of affordable rooms reserved at the conference venue.

You can indicate your preference when filling the forms. We have a group reservation in place.

Feeding

Breakfast is included in your hotel reservation at the hotel every morning. There is a highly subsidized fee of 70euro for Lunch and Dinner buffet for the conference to be handled by a professional caterer.

Airport Pick up/drop off

Arriving/Departing airport is: Madrid International Airport (MAD). Kindly send your itinerary ahead of your trip if you will like to be picked up at the airport at a token fee.
